Set up a chouette and start it

A chouette and its first session, in one form.

1. Open Play a chouette from the Lobby.
2. New chouette sets one up.
3. A chouette with bots needs nobody else, so it can be private.
4. Start Session starts its first session and seats you as its administrator.
