Change the order of play

Before a game starts, an administrator can change the order of play with the buttons on the Admin panel's toolbar (hover over one for its name):

1. Reorder starts it.
2. Choose a player in the list and move them with Move up and Move down. Make crew brings a waiting player into the order, Make partner makes a player the box's partner.
3. Exit reorder ends it.
